1. When we are preparing a product, you can cancel the order on My Page. 

2. When we are preparing for delivery, it can be canceled before the product is shipped and you must contact the customer service (070-7706-4194). 

3. If the delivery has started, please register the cancellation to the customer service (070-7706-4194) and the round-trip delivery fee due to the cancellation will be deducted from the payment details.
